We learned how to write a CV, this is important because is our first opportunity to give a good impression to the employer, a CV provides a summary of our education, work history, experience, and skills. A well-done CV increases your chances to obtain a job interview.
A CV must be specific, focus, complete, reflect reality, and up-to-date with current employment and educational information.
A Cv includes the following parts:

  • Personal details and contact information.
  • Personal profile
  • Education and qualifications ( include the name of institutions and dates attended in reverse order)
  • Employment history: is presented in reverse date order, starting with most recent.
  • Skills
  • Personal interest and hobbies
  • References


The professor explained to us the general characteristics of the CV and she gave us several recommendations. Also, she shared some excellent videos to complete the learning about CV. Besides, She shared some links to choose templates for our CV.

In the previous links,  we found different CV models according with our career, then we chose a template and we could edit online and the page guided us to complete all the data. Finally, we downloaded the cv in PDF or Word.


The objective of the activity was to make our CV and share it with classmates to correct mistakes together.
